Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the wall hereby permitted shall be constructed of brickwork matching in colour, type and texture that used in the wall constructed under planning permission P99/S0487, laid in a flemish bond and utilising a lime rich mortar. The flintwork shall match that used in the wall permitted under planning permission P99/S0487 in terms of its size and density, and utilise a matching mortar.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policies CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, the excavation in association with the development hereby permitted, shall be dug by hand and shall not involve the cutting of any tree roots over 25mm in diameter (of those trees shown to be retained) unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the health of trees that contribute to the visual amenities of the area in
accordance with policy C16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
