That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That full details of all the new windows and external doors to be used (including a cross-section of the windows at a scale of 1:50) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Thereafter the windows and doors shall be installed in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character and special interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
