That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the extension hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all new windows shall match those of the existing building in type, design and external finish. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the garage hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
