Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to the display of sign type 1, details of the hand carved lettering shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the sign shall only be displayed in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building
in accordance with policy CON12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
