That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.

That prior to the display of sign type 1, details of the hand carved lettering shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the sign shall only be displayed in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity in accordance with policies G13 and CON12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
