Planning Permission on 31st May 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation of the existing property Solanum Farm as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and be contrary to policy H6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no additional windows, doors or rooflights shall be inserted in the building unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority in respect thereof. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
