That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no first floor windows or rooflights shall be constructed in the north and east elevations of the garage building other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of development, plans and specification contained in the application, subject to the condition referred to above and the conditions imposed on planning permission P96/S0119 except for condition 4. Reason: To ensure that the details are satisfactory and in accordance with policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
