Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.

Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)                Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of works a schedule of the colour finish to all external surfaces of the works hereby approved, including lettering and blind, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  Thereafter, the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To secure a satisfactory external appearance that respects the special architectural 
             and historic interest of the building in accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted 
             South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
