That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the gates shall be constructed with vertical dark stained timber boarding. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
