Planning Permission on 11th June 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the first floor of the garage building shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the use of Glebe House as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be used for separate business purposes or as separate residential accommodation. Reason: The use of the building separate from Glebe House would be contrary to Policies H6 and E3 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
