Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, the horizontal timber boarding used to clad the walls of the extensions hereby permitted, shall be dark stained to match the existing dwelling prior to the first use of the accommodation hereby permitted and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no first floor windows or roof lights shall be constructed in the northern or southern elevations of the extensions. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
