That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls of the car port and brick pier and plinth supporting the boundary railings shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the dwellinghouse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON7, CON8, CON9 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the roof of the car port shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the dwellinghouse. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON7, CON8, CON9 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first use of the car port hereby permitted the timber posts and horizontal timber boarding on the car port shall be stained dark brown and thereafter retained as such, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON7, CON8, CON9 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the style of iron railings to be used shall be as shown on Sheet 4 accompanying this application. All railings to be painted black within 1 month of them being erected, and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with policies CON7, CON8 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
