That at the expiration of a period of 3 years from the date of this permission, the building shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

That prior to the commencement of development, a sample of the colour finish to the portacabin shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

That the additional office accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with the existing accommodation at Chilterns Resource Centre and shall not at any time be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: To avoid the undesirable establishment of separate uses.
