Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That at any time no more than 8 horses shall be stabled in the building hereby permitted for the use of stabling and/or on the land hereby permitted for the grazing of horses.
Reason: To avoid an intensification of use which may give rise to highways, traffic and
access and landscape issues in accordance with policies C2 and R10 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
