That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the roof of the garage building shall be covered with plain clay tiles a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with
policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the walls of the garage building shall be clad in horizontal dark stained timber boarding and all exposed timbers, including the door and fenestration timbers, shall also be dark stained and thereafter retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with
policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the plinth for the garage building shall be constructed with brick a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
