Decision
Planning Permission on 15th June 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the garage doors shall be vertically boarded and side hung, set back behind the existing timber supports in accordance with details which shall have previously been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: That the application does not provide sufficient detail to satisfy the Local Planning Authority that the character of the building would be retained and to accord with policy C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
