Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the Portakabin shall only be used for the purposes specified in the letter dated
20 March 1997 which accompanied planning application P97/S0224 and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with policies C2 and C8 of the Council's
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That sales to the public shall be of produce grown by The Way and Means Trust Limited (Greenshoots) at Manor Farm and there shall be no sales to the public of produce, goods or materials brought onto the land.
Reason: To protect the rural character and amenity of the area in accordance with
policies C2 and C8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That vehicular access to the site shall be from the main access drive from Manor Farm to the B481 only.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety, to protect local amenities and to accord with
policy G10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no work shall take place at the premises except between the hours of 8:00 am to
6:00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord with
policies C2 and C8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
