Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the plinth of the conservatory shall be finished with brickwork matching in colour, type and texture that used on the existing building and the frame of the conservatory shall be stained/painted black.
Reason: To secure a satisfactory external appearance in accordance with policies H12 and
C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
