That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.

Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)               Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external dwarf walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing cinema building.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to accord with 
             policies G8 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and finish of all the timber doors and railings has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
