Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, notwithstanding any details contained in the application, the development hereby permitted shall only be carried out in accordance with the details agreed pursuant to the requirements of conditions 2, 7 and 8 of planning permission P00/S1026 in correspondence dated 26/02/01, 05/03/01, 21/3/01 and 09/04/01, unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To secure a satisfactory standard of development in accordance with policies H16
and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, notwithstanding the window details agreed pursuant to condition 3 of permission P00/S1026, no further development shall take place until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all rooflights, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policies H16 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no further development shall take place until plans of the site showing the existing and proposed ground levels and levels of thresholds of all proposed buildings has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such levels shall be shown in relation to a fixed and known datum point. Thereafter, the development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out at suitable levels having regard to amenity
requirements in accordance with Policy C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That, notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no development falling within Classes A, B, C and E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 shall be carried out without the prior, express planning permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the Local Planning Authority can properly consider the effect of any
future proposals on the character and amenity of the locality in accordance with
policies H12 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional windows or rooflights shall be constructed in the roof of the dwelling other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the property and area in accordance with
policies H16 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, notwithstanding the details agreed pursuant to condition 7 of P00/S1026, no further development shall take place until large scale plans (1:20) of the following have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority;
? Dormer window detailing; and
? Barge-board detailing.
Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To secure a satisfactory standard of development in accordance with policies H16
and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
