Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the conservatory and storage building hereby permitted shall be as specified on the application plans unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the detached building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application for the personal enjoyment of occupants of 13a Wood Lane and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To ensure the proper planning of the locality and to ensure that the building is not unneighbourly in accordance with policies G1 and G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
