That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON8, CON10, C2 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
