Planning Permission on 10th April 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of works, detailed plans and elevations showing the line, construction and finish of the boundary fence forming part of the scheme hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G1 and G9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That unless any alternative is first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority the planting and landscaping scheme detailed in the applicants letter and accompanying plan dated 10 March 2001 and received on 14 March 2001, shall be implemented in the first planting season following the erection of the boundary fence hereby permitted. In the event of any of the shrubs so planted dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within 5 years of their planting, a new shrub or equivalent number of shrubs, as the case may be, of a species first approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, shall be planted in the first planting season following such written agreement and retained thereafter.
