Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced. Thereafter, the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure the details of the works respect the special architectural and historic
interest of the listed structure in accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of works, detailed working drawings of the new structure shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works respect the special architectural and historic
interest of the listed structure in accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the structure during the alterations, and to provide protection for the structure against the weather during the progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed structure in accordance with
policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
