Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted a sample of the surfacing material for the riding arena shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only take place in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy C2 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the riding arena hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of Greenmoor Hill Farm for the keeping and/or exercising of animals, all of which are in the ownership or control of the occupiers of Greenmoor Hill Farm, and the arena shall not be used for any commercial or business purposes whatsoever.
Reason: To prevent a commercial use which would generate additional traffic and affect the
amenities of the occupiers of neighbouring properties in accordance with
policies G1 and R10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the first use of the riding arena hereby permitted, any excess materials resulting from the earthworks hereby permitted shall be removed from the site.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy C2 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
No means of lighting shall be erected on the site without the prior express planning permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy R10 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
