Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed in accordance with a scheme which has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with this scheme.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with policy G10
of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the first use of the access hereby permitted the parking and turning area shall be constructed, surfaced and laid out as detailed on the 1:200 drawing received on 26/3/01 and such parking and turning space shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to
protect local amenities in accordance with policy G11 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, prior to the first use of the access hereby permitted, the existing vehicular access to Holmwood Farm House (as referred to in the applicant's letter dated 12 March 2001) shall be permanently closed up in accordance with a scheme, which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with policy G10
of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the use of the access, parking and turning area hereby permitted shall be restricted to the occupants and guests of Holmwood Farm House only.
