That only one light goods vehicle shall be parked at the property known as Westwood in connection with the use hereby permitted and no other commercial vehicles shall be parked or stored at the property.
Reason: In order to protect the amenities of the area in accordance with Policy E9 of the
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the storage hereby permitted shall be confined to the tool shed and storage shall not take place elsewhere on the property.

That the use of Hillcrest Lane for the parking or storage of vehicles and equipment belonging to or in the custody of the occupier of Westwood shall be discontinued and any such vehicles and equipment parked or stored thereon shall be removed from Hillcrest Lane.
