That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That works shall not commence until a detailed specification of the materials, design and finish of the sign and bracket has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the work shall be in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy CON12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
