That within one month of the date of this Consent the two existing unauthorised white frames located either side of the entrance off the A4155 shall be dismantled and removed from the site along with all associated unauthorised signage.  Any replacement signage shall be strictly in accordance with the details hereby approved and as shown on plan T3443-102.

Reason: In the interests of visual amenity in accordance with policy G13 of the adopted 
             South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
