That at the expiration of a period of 9 months from the date of this permission, or upon the residential accommodation refurbishment works being complete, whichever is the sooner, the mobile home shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former state.

Reason: Because the longer term keeping of a residential caravan on the site would be 
             contrary to Policy H19 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and permission is given
             only in view of the special circumstances.
