Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the building be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G8 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character and amenities of the area and to accord with policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the development details of the slab level of the garage/store shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall not proceed other than in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
