That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extensions and garage hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
