Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That no work shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping which shall include indications of all existing trees and hedgerows on the land, and details of any to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development.
Reason: To help assimilate the proposal into its surrounding and protect neighbour's
amenities in accordance with policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That all planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved scheme of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding season following the first use of the tee; and any trees or plants which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
