Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no machinery (including motor vehicles) shall be repaired or operated in the open except as may be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities and in accordance with policy G7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That before the use commences the building shall be insulated to provide sound attenuation against internally-generated noise in accordance with a scheme first approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities and in accordance with policy G7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no work shall take place in the workshop hereby approved except between the hours of 7am and 7pm on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and 7am and 1pm on Saturdays. Reason: To protect local amenities and in accordance with policy G7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the doors on the north-west elevation of the extension hereby approved shall be kept closed during the hours of work referred to in Condition 5 above and only used as an emergency exit. Reason: To protect local amenities and in accordance with policy G7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
