Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the work is commenced. Thereafter, the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the historic interest of the building in accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That work shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, rainwater goods, flue and staircase, and of the materials and finish to the floors and internal walls, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the work shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the historic interest of the building in accordance with policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the barn doors to the large openings on the east and west elevation of the barn shall be retained. Reason: To safeguard the historic interest of the building in accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
