Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That, when the polytunnel is no longer required, it shall be removed from the land and the land left in a tidy and orderly state.

Reason: To preserve the character of this part of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural 
             Beauty in accordance with policies G1 and C2 of the Council's adopted South 
             Oxfordshire Local Plan.
