That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the buildings in accordance with Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That all rooflights shall be conservation style and shall be so retained. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the buildings in accordance with Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
