That the kennel business shall be confined to the area shown on the submitted plan received on 21 September 2004, attached as plan reference P01/N0833.

Reason: To limit the extent of the development and any visual intrusion in the locality in accordance with Policies C1 and G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
