That the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 90763/922/100/1, 90763/930/100/2, 90763/930/100/EXIST 2 and EXIST 3, 90763/930/100/PP1, P1, P2, P3 and P4 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the external walls and roofs of the buildings be constructed and finished in accordance with a Schedule of Materials and Finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning). Reason: To ensure the Materials and Finishes are compatible with the surrounding development.
