Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the natural stone shall be coursed and laid to match the existing dwelling using lime mortar. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
