That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers S1, S2 and S3 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Assistant Director of Environmental Services (Land Use Planning) in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31 January 2007 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

That the planting of new beech hedging to the car park boundary (as shown on drawing S2) shall be carried out in the first planting season following the date of this permission. Reason: To enhance the amenities of the area.
