Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 19th December 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the Section 106 Legal Agreement signed on 20 August 1993 and modified on 20 May 1997 shall not be discharged for the following reason: Planning permission was granted for a new dwelling at The Home Sweet Home only on the basis of a proven need for additional staff accommodation. The Local Planning Authority take the view that this situation remains unchanged and that discharging the Section 106 Legal Agreement would be likely to lead to further pressure for staff accommodation in the future.
