Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That no additional windows shall be inserted in the roof without the prior additional grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property 2 Upper Farm Cottages, Denton as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable
sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy
in accordance with Policy C11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
That the remainder of the building shall be used only for garaging, storage and workshop, as specified in the application, and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose, or adapted for living purposes, without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the policies of the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Policies
GB2 and H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
