That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That no lighting shall be provided as part of the development hereby permitted.
Reason: To safeguard the openness and rural character of the Green Belt in accordance with
Policy GB3 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
The Irish training bank shall not exceed maximum dimensions of 18.9 m x 14.3 m x 1.5m high unless otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the openness and rural character of the Green Belt in accordance with
Policy GB3 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
