Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the new rooflights shall be conservation type and so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
