Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the material to be used for the construction of the roof of the extension shall be natural slate. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the rooflights shall be conservation style in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the frame of the conservatory shall be constructed in timber. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first use of the conservatory, screening to number 14 High Street shall be provided in accordance with details contained in letter dated 8 November 2001, and a replacement solid gate 1.8 metres in height shall be provided on the boundary with 18 High Street, all to be retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
