Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the natural stone to be used for the new walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture and shall be laid and pointed in the same manner as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing walls. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all of those driveway/access works specified in conditions 1 to 6 of listed building consent P01/N0164/RLB shall be undertaken within 6 months from the date of this permission. Reason: To safeguard the character of the Stanton-St-John Conservation Area and the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON10 and CON7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
