Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the details submitted as part of the application, bonnet tiles shall be used for the hipped ends of the roof. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the new rooflight shall be conservation type and so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
