That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the detail contained on plan ref 1488.04.04 the slot referred to in the western elevation should be repointed only and not squared off and lined with mortar as stated.
