Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G10
of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the offices shall not be occupied until six parking spaces are provided on the site, and such spaces shall thereafter be retained.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to
protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G11 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the offices shall not be occupied until fencing 1.8 metres in height is erected along the eastern boundary of the site, in accordance with plan reference 012-003, and shall be so retained and maintained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy G7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the offices shall not be occupied until the iron railings along the western boundary of the site are re-positioned to close the existing gap, in accordance with plan reference
012-003, and shall be retained and maintained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy G10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
